How the FLOCO Certified Program Works

Becoming FLOCO Certified starts with finding the right fit. From your initial application to hands-on training and certification, our process is designed to bring experienced, quality-focused contractors into the FLOCO network.

The Certification Process

Four Steps to Becoming FLOCO Certified

We take a selective, hands-on approach to certification. Every application is personally reviewed, and we work with one company at a time to ensure each approved specialist understands the FLOCO system.

  1. Step 01

    Submit Your Application

Complete the FLOCO Certified application and email it to our team.

We review each application to learn more about your business, experience, reputation, and interest in becoming a FLOCO Certified Specialist.

    Email your completed application to
    lexi@flocodeckingsystems.com

Every application is personally reviewed by the FLOCO team.

  2. Step 02

    Meet the FLOCO Team

If your application is a potential fit, the next step is a conversation with our team.

We'll learn more about your company, the work you do, and your goals for growth.

This is also your opportunity to ask questions about the certification program, territory model, and what becoming FLOCO Certified involves.

  3. Step 03

    Complete the 5-Day Immersion Week

Approved candidates participate in five days of hands-on immersion with the FLOCO team.

This is not a traditional classroom course.

You'll work alongside the FLOCO team on real projects, learning the installation methods, design techniques, production practices, and business systems behind the brand.

Training is conducted with one company at a time.

  4. Step 04

    Become FLOCO Certified

After successfully completing the certification requirements, your company can become an approved FLOCO Certified Specialist.

You'll retain your existing business name while gaining access to the FLOCO Certified identity, approved territory, business systems, and program resources.

FLOCO Certified is built around long-term quality and maintaining the standards associated with the brand.
